And on the 8th of March, International Women's Day, we want to take a moment to reflect on the achievements that make Nexi a vibrant and inclusive workplace.
Enjoying the richness of Diversity

Over the past year, we have seen remarkable progress in our DEI strategy, including the successful implementation of various initiatives aimed at supporting and empowering women in the workplace. These have included a series of events including a Nexi Talks Live dedicated to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Members of the DEI Board, including country managers Irina Brucic, Barbara Nicoli, and Louise Richardson, shared their experiences and concrete actions to support our DEI strategy in their local markets.
Over the last 2 years we have increased the percentage of women in managerial position with over 3 %, reaching over 30 % in 2024. This highlights our ongoing efforts to promote gender diversity at all levels of the organisation.
What's next?
Looking ahead, Nexi remains committed to advancing our DEI agenda.
In 2025 we will continue to focus on gender diversity, LGBTI+ and multicultural inclusion. We aim to create a highly inclusive culture where everyone feels free to be themselves and contributes to building a better future for our people, partners, communities, and customers.
We continue to believe that creating a diverse and inclusive company is not only the right thing to do but also essential for attracting and retaining the best international talent and delivering improved commercial results.

Inspiration and education

At Nexi, we understand that fostering an inclusive culture requires continuous learning and development. That's why we have launched a comprehensive DEI training path designed to inspire and educate our employees. Inclusion is built into core leadership training, and all our people will be invited to complete training on inclusion during 2025.
Our DEI Board is accountable for prioritising and shaping DEI initiatives across the organisation, measuring progress against agreed targets. Our community is also supported by Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) - Women in Nexi, Nexi United, and Nexi International - which play a crucial role in promoting diversity and inclusion through activities and events in local markets.

Together, we continue to create, inspire, and lead the way to a more inclusive and equitable future.
