On October 19th, we attended the InhouseCommunity Awards ceremony in the splendid setting of the Palazzo del Ghiaccio in Milan. The award organised by Inhousecommunity.it is at its 8th edition and highlights the excellence of the world of legal affairs, personnel, CFOs, CEOs and tax affairs departments.
Nexi was awarded with the "In-House Team of the Year FINANCE" award with the following motivation:
"The company's M&A and legal teams set up, among many others, a transaction to acquire a digital payment service from a major Italian bank during the reporting period. This transaction and its high economic value resulted in a long-term strategic partnership for the company."
