Nexi has been named Top Employer Italy 2022 by the Top Employers Institute, the certification body for corporate excellence in the HR field, present in our country for over 30 years.
This prestigious recognition, awarded to Nexi as a result of the initiatives it implemented in 2021, is based on analysis of working conditions, company benefits, investments in training and skills development, HR policies aimed at the professional and personal growth of staff, and the overall well-being of people working in the company.
The Top Employer Certification is granted to companies that meet the high standards set by the HR Best Practices Survey, which looks at 20 different areas and their respective best practices including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Employee Well-being, and Diversity & Inclusion. Nexi has been awarded for its People and Business Strategy, as well as for its Learning & Development, Leadership and Talent Attraction programs.
Of special relevance in the assessment was company welfare, among the most comprehensive in the industry, which provides for benefits such as company pension and health plan, plus tax and legal assistance. Lastly, the Smart Working Program, which the company offers to all employees, also represented a significant added value.
